Coco Chai Pina Colada
With Don Q & Owl's Brew
Yeah, you read that right. Your summertime favorite Piña Colada is back with a twist. We tested out Owl's Brew's Chai Piña Colada Mixer and DAMN. Pair this bad boy with Don Q's Coco & Pina Rum and you've got yourself the easiest, most delicious piña colada around.
The Ingredients
+ Owl's Brew Chai Piña Colada Mixer
+ Fresh pineapple
+ Don Q's Coco Rum
+ Don Q's Piña Rum
+ Chilled club soda (optional)
What To Do
+ In a mixer, combine 2 parts Owl's Brew to 1 part rum (3/4 coco rum, 1/4 piña rum; if you prefer to use just one rum, go with coco)
+ Add ice and mix until chilled
+ Strain into glass, 1/3 filled with ice
+ If you aren't a huge sweets person, add club soda to dim down the sweetness of the chai mixer & coco rum (I prefer no club soda)
+ Add fresh pineapple (adds flavor & style)
